Sho Baraka taking 'Talented 10th' to Brazil

Sho Baraka recently announced that he is gearing up to release ‘Talented Xth’ (Talented 10th) on January 1st, 2013. The album cover and track listing has already been revealed. It has an interesting roster of features that includes L.I.B.E.R.T.Y, Duce Banner, JR, Ali, Chantae Cann, Suzy Rock, Christon Gray, Lee Green, Theory Hazit, Diamone, and Tedashii. Also, notable producers are not a lacking component of the project. You can expect to hear sonic creativity through instrumentals created by Blue, Swoope, Ali, theBeatBreaker, JR, and Sho Baraka, who will offer his musical touch. Another aspect that makes ‘Talented 10th’ an intriguing upcoming release is the manner in which each record was labeled. The track listing described each song as a chapter instead of a track. Many are curious about how that will affect the experience people will have with ‘Talented 10’.

For those unfamiliar with the Canadian born emcee, Sho has accomplished a lot in his career. He has gone on national tours with the 116 clique and has two retail albums under his belt called ‘Turn My Life Up’ and ‘Lions and Liars’, both were released under the popular Christian rap record label “Reach Records”.  He is also one half of Hello Revolution (Jamm and Sho Baraka) and a member of The High Society Collective (Sho Baraka, Swoope, JR, and Suzy Rock). He has been nominated for a Stellar Award and charted well on Billboard and iTunes Charts. Clearly, Sho Baraka has a following that is anticipating quality material on his first independent release (‘Talented 10th’).

When a National artist drops an album there is usually a tour that compliments the record. Sho continues to tour and expand his brand so all signs indicate that he won’t slow down when he releases ‘Talented 10th’ in January.  No official tour has been announced but we do know that Sho will be sharing his new work in Floripa, Brazil for the O MOIO Summer Festival January 25th-26th. He is the headliner and it will be the first time he has ever performed there.  Also, he will be ministering alongside other Hip-Hop artists. O MOIO productions are responsible for bringing him to Brazil. Sho continues to spread his music to different areas of the world.

Bizzle shoots 2 videos in 2 days

Bizzle is known for his work ethic. He has dropped multiple mix tapes and has two charting topping retail albums (‘Best of Both Worlds: The Album’ with Willie “P-Dub” Moore Jr. and ‘Tough Love & Parables’) under his belt. Recently Rapzilla.com revealed that Bizzle was filming a video with No Malice of Clipse for a track entitled “Soldier”. Bizzle is not slowing down.

The rising emcee recently announced that he was filming two more videos and that the process will be done in two days. Filming of the videos commenced on November 23rd and concluded on November 24th. Eshon Burgundy of Good Look Media was behind the camera so we assume that he was directing the productions as well. One of the scenes was at GS’s album release party and other artists like Dillon Chase, B-Les, and Willie “P-Dub” Moore Jr. were in the building supporting Bizzle.

One of the videos will be for “You Know”, a single that is produced by Boi-1da. We’re not sure what the single for the other video is called but we do know that Bizzle is working on his sophomore retail album so both songs might be on that. Here are some behind the scene pictures.

Many are aware of Lecrae’s recent success in the music industry, but before Lecrae's “Rehab”, “Church Clothes” and “Gravity” projects there was a ground breaking album entitled “Rebel” that he released. Some will say that Lecrae's sophomore album 'After the Music Stops' sparked his industry momentum and to a degree it did but 'Rebel' helped thrust Lecrae into the mainstream arena in a recording breaking fashion. When 'Rebel' came out it immediately appeared on the iTunes’s Hip-Hop Charts at the number three position, right behind T.I’s 'Paper Trial'. It also charted Number 8 on Billboard’s top Rap Album category.
