Basketball superstar Derrick Rose
recently said that he doesn’t want his fans to worry about his recovery from
his knee injury because he believes in God. He also wears faith based wrist
bands, the same ones you might have seen Christian athlete Jeremy Lin rock.
Also in an ADIDAS commercial he pulls a Bible out his bag. This makes me even
more excited about cheering for him to win a ring. Derrick Rose is a young
athlete that has represented his faith in a powerful way. He works hard and
shows a great amount of humility. Let’s pray that he keeps shining his light
before millions of NBA fans. Keep Rose in prayer, I want to see him back on the
court giving God glory.
